Activate Business School’s Determined to Lead programme gains CMI accreditation
Activate Business School’s bespoke Leadership and Management programme, Determined to Lead Oxford, has gained CMI accreditation.
The newly accredited programme includes nine face-to-face delivery days, and up to 8 hours of mentorship from industry specialists that guides participants to become more confident and effective leaders.
The programme, initially designed in partnership with the University of Oxford, was developed to enable mid-level managers to grow their leadership skills, knowledge and techniques, while working full-time in their current roles. This approach allows them to apply what they learn to their roles in real time.
The second cohort to commence the programme, all from the University of Oxford, were welcomed at a matriculation ceremony on Monday 29 September.
CMI accreditation from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) provides nationally recognised qualifications and professional development for managers and leaders, offering benefits including boosted career prospects and improved business performance.
The CMI accredits educational programmes and offers Chartered Manager status (CMgr) to individuals, which is the highest professional recognition in the management field.
