Activate Learning launch new Transformational Leadership development programmes to future-proof UK organisations for the decade ahead

Activate Learning has announced the launch of its innovative Transformational Leadership programmes, industry-leading Level 3 and Level 5 CMI-accredited development pathways designed to equip the next generation of leaders with the skills needed to thrive in 2026–2036 and beyond.

Launching 22 April 2026, the programmes, run by Activate Business School, have been created for both existing clients and prospective employer partners looking to enhance leadership capability across multi-generational workforces.
