Activate Learning launch new Transformational Leadership development programmes to future-proof UK organisations for the decade ahead

Activate Learning has announced the launch of its innovative Transformational Leadership programmes, industry-leading Level 3 and Level 5 CMI-accredited development pathways designed to equip the next generation of leaders with the skills needed to thrive in 2026–2036 and beyond.
Launching 22 April 2026, the programmes, run by Activate Business School, have been created for both existing clients and prospective employer partners looking to enhance leadership capability across multi-generational workforces. Aimed at first-line managers (Level 3 Emerging Leaders) and middle to senior leaders (Level 5 Aspiring Leaders), the programmes ensure learners develop the modern, future-ready skillset required to drive sustainable organisational success.
A new era of future-focused leadership
Rooted in digital transformation, sustainability, and ethical leadership, the Transformational Leadership programmes equip learners with the skills to balance AI capabilities with emotional intelligence, technological efficiency with human connection, and data-driven insight with inclusive team culture.
This human-centric approach centres on the evolving challenges leaders face which includes neurodiversity awareness, emotional intelligence, and leading through technological disruption.
Jayne Atkinson, Head of Sales at Activate Business School, said: “Our goal is to help organisations futureproof their leadership capability for the next ten years,
“We’ve triangulated today’s essential skills—digital, human and strategic—into a single, cohesive learning journey that creates confident, capable and future-ready leaders.”
