Flavours and Influences

Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons has just introduced a host of new cookery courses in the Raymond Blanc Cookery School. These include learning to make your own seasonal hampers, both sweet and savoury, discovering the art behind creating a host of seasonal soups, learning the secrets of eggs, and a course that delves into taste and textures of foods tutoring your taste buds into those of a true gourmet. A half day starts from £185, and a full day from £365.

A day in the Raymond Blanc Gardening School makes a brilliant spring treat for 2018. It is the UK’s first ever hotel gardening school.

The Raymond Blanc Gardening School has been a huge success since its launch last summer.  Head gardener Anne-Marie Owens and her team will share insider tips and expert advice, appealing to everyone – be they a seasoned professional or a curious beginner.  Guests are encouraged to discuss gardening experiences with green-fingered experts and take home ideas and inspirations guaranteed to transform natural scapes.

Each season Mosely entices and teases with his stunning floral displays inspired by the gardens at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. In 2018 he returns, bringing his love and passion for nature and gardens into his work. His humorous and friendly approach makes him one of the UK’s most popular demonstrators within the floral art world, guaranteed to thrill audiences with his remarkable demonstrations. Visitors will also get the chance to meet The Raymond Blanc Cookery School team as they showcase some of Raymond’s legendary chocolate treats with an inspiring cookery demonstration in the state-of the-art training kitchen before sitting down to a springtime menu with wines to match. Guests can also take time to explore the grounds after lunch for inspiration.
