Cherwell College Art Gallery will host a multidisciplinary exhibition in participation with Oxfordshire Artweeks which aims to explore art in different forms and the significant role it plays to address global issues and how we collectively, as a humanity, interpret the past, embrace the present, and shape the future.

What can we hope for? How does art reveal itself in new, complex realities? Can art truly capture and portray the everchanging human condition? Is culture the starting point of our journey?

During Art Weeks, Cherwell Сollege Oxford will present two of its areas related to art:

Cherwell Art – an exhibition of artworks from college artists with an immense experience helping the new generation view the world through art. The students’ works will also be presented.

Ukrainian Culture Weeks – is an initiative of the college aimed at supporting Ukrainian artists, who, like all Ukrainians, found themselves in a difficult situation due to the war launched by Russia.

Participants: Olena Naumenko, Lesia Gutgarts, Olesya Kryvolapova
