Cookalong with Jack Stein

Hosted by The Mulberry Bush, join Jack Stein and Nick Evans direct from Rick Stein’s Cookery School as they’re live-streamed into your kitchen for this unique cook along experience. Not only will they guide you through the process of creating a mouth-wateringly delicious meal for two, they’ll also be seasoning the evening with anecdotes and stories.
Ahead of the evening a box of high quality, fresh ingredients will be delivered to your door directly from the suppliers of the Rick Stein Cookery School. This box will contain all of the ingredients that you’ll need so that you can cook along with Jack and Nick to make a delicious three course meal which serves two people.
To begin we’ll be cooking a starter of grilled scallops with a hazelnut and coriander butter before moving onto the main event where we’ll be serving up grilled hake piperade with Serrano ham, minted potatoes and a lemon and pimento thinned mayonnaise. The final course of this delicious feast will be a pre-prepared dessert of white chocolate fool with mango puree and cardamom shortbread.
