Event Navigation

Tom Upson

Our Winter Lectures are back and this year you can enjoy them from the comfort of your own home.

Dr Tim Upson is Director of Horticulture, Education and Communities at the RHS. A self-professed ‘hybrid’, Tim has both a botanical background from his time at the Royal Botanic Garden, Kew and Cambridge University Botanic Garden and a research background from his PhD in Plant Sciences.

In this talk, Tim will discuss the creation of a brand new RHS garden, RHS Bridgewater. This garden is being constructed on the former site of Worsley New Hall in Salford and will open to the public in May 2021. The talk will be followed by a short, live Q&A session.
You will receive instructions on how to join this online event by email, once you have purchased your tickets.
