Family aerial yoga & circus workshop suitable for school age children.
Flow through a carefully crafted warmup and prepare your body to tackle these aerial yoga stretches and strength based circus poses. As a family you’ll enjoy the relaxing and uplifting benefits of aerial yoga and learn the art of flight.
It’s £30 per sling which can be used by up to two children and 1 adult. An adult is required for this family fun session.
