Garsington Opera’s first open day last year was such a resounding success they’ve decided to do it again! Across three bookable time slots, visitors can explore Garsington Studios and find out how the opera company works. Designed for all ages to enjoy together, you can see how Garsington creates costumes, sets, even wigs and make up designs. Visit the vast rehearsal studios where you can watch or take part in singing and acting workshops or get crafty with a prop making sessions. This year, discuss careers and training connected with our industry and you may be surprised just how broad those opportunities are! The café will be open for refreshments and the infamous Garsington cakes, so do join for what is a very friendly and welcoming event.
