Come along to a collaborative event with Trish Gordon of @radiantsoultherapies. Bring your yoga mat and blanket and get yourself all cosy to receive the healing goodness of the amazing Gongs and beautiful crystal healing bowls, as well as other instruments such as a shamanic drum, Nepalese singing bowls, and rain chimes.

Once you are settled you will be guided into a body relaxation, deepening the breath, and will call in the Angelic realm to support you in your healing journey. You can ask for healing for anything that is troubling you in the mind, body or spirit and you will receive assistance.🤍️
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
The sound vibrations of gongs can help the mind to slow down and lower the frequency of the brainwaves from an alpha to a theta-dominant brainwave state. This can be beneficial for those who find it difficult to ‘unwind’ and ‘switch off’. Sound has been found to shift frequencies in the body from lower energy to higher vibrational frequencies of love and joy. The vibrations from sound can help to shift energetic blocks, and can leave the body feeling more balanced and energised. This will be an extended event where you can really deep dive into a relaxed state. All you need to do is rest in stillness and receive. Arrive and get yourselves cosy in your nest
