New year Yoga at Cogges

Cogges Manor Farm are currently taking yoga bookings for 22 February – 29 March (six week course) adults only.
Yoga means Union of breath, body and mind, therefore Alessia’s classes are all about moving in full awareness of the breath which not only has physical benefits such as improvement of balance, strength and flexibility, but most importantly it helps manage stress, which means better mood and more energy as well as providing a general sense of relaxation that leads to better sleep.
Alessia is an experienced Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner. Alessia’s motto is “If you have a body you can do yoga”, hence her classes are open to all levels and abilities and include breathwork, conscious movements and relaxation. Alessia has a warm and positive nature, so be assured to be welcomed with a big smile and to have a giggle as you embark in your yoga journey with her. She loves the outdoors and teaching in nature as this adds an extra element of connection and a deeper sense of grounding to your yoga experience so she is really excited to bring her sessions to the beautiful setting of Cogges Farm and looks forward to seeing you on the mat.
