St Edward’s School is delighted to invite you to an open lecture with art critic Will Gompertz on modern art.

Will works as Director of the Sir John Soane’s Museum, having joined from the Barbican, where – as Artistic Director – he helped reopen the Centre after the pandemic. Prior to the Barbican, he was the BBC’s Arts Editor for eleven years and has written and presented documentaries for BBC television and radio. Will spent seven years as a director of the Tate Galleries and has written three internationally celebrated books: What Are You Looking At? (2012), Think Like an Artist (2015) and See What You’re Missing (2023).
