Doing yoga on a paddle board brings a completely different dimension to the whole experience. It’s fun, it will challenge you in the post positive way. Be prepared to be inspired, as you learn new skills, immersing yourself in our positive, vibrant way of life. Performing traditional yoga poses on a paddle board creates a different challenge physically, where you have to engage core strength to keep you grounded and balanced.

You won’t have to be experienced in either yoga or paddleboarding to give it a go. SUP Yoga instructor Alina will guide you through postures suitable for everybody. You will have loads of fun trying SUP Yoga!
