Come and join Wild Oxfordshire’s Local Environment Groups Conference, Secrets of the Soil: Digging Deep for Nature’s Recovery on Saturday 8th November at Rose Hill Community Centre. Everyone welcome!

Speakers will talk about the role earthworms play to keep soil healthy, Oxfordshire’s changing geology over the last 200 million years and bees and wasps who nest underground!

Following the conference, visit Oxford City Farm to hear about the history of farm, how they approach soil management and composting onsite, no dig, composting veg and grounds with local roastry/care home, grass-lined swales for flood mitigation, hot composting in polytunnel and planned soil sampling through OxFarm2Fork.
