Content Procurement Senior Manager

An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen to join the new senior team in Collections Management at The Bodleian Libraries, Oxford University.
About the role
The Bodleian Libraries are transforming how they work to better deliver the needs of library users and reflect the changing environment of the sector. This has opened up a new senior manager position to drive the new direction and strengthen team alignment.
If you are passionate about making a positive change, are motivated by data analytics and innovative problem solving and have experience in successfully streamlining team practices, they would love to hear from you.
A background in Higher Education is preferable, however if you are an experienced senior manager with a background in procurement, data or finance with transferable skills and experience, please do not hesitate to apply.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. This role supports some home working, up to 2 days per week on average.

You will bring strong leadership skills and proven data analytical abilities, with a track record of contributing to strategic planning, driving change initiatives, and delivering process improvements. You will thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working across a broad portfolio, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
