Full-Time Deputy Buttery & Wine Cellar Manager
Salary: £24,174 pa plus college benefits, Grade 4.3
An experienced, reliable and friendly individual with excellent customer service skills is required to join a small team providing bar and function services to college members, students and visitors. You will be required to keep careful stock control and a clean work area: the ideal candidate will have an excellent eye for presentation. You will also be expected to provide cover in the Manager’s absence, including running the Buttery Bar and managing a small team. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights and weekends, to suit the needs of the college. 40 hours per week.
Full-Time Pastry Chef de Partie & Chef de Partie
Salary: £26,341 pa plus college benefits, Grade 4.6
An exciting opportunity for suitably qualified and experienced professionals to join one of Oxford’s largest and busiest college kitchen brigades. High standards of work and a willingness to work shifts flexibly on weekdays and weekends is essential.
40 hours per week.
Casual Bar Person
An experienced, reliable and friendly individual is required to join a busy, small team running a major wine cellar and providing bar and function services to college members, guests, students and visitors. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, to suit the needs of the college. £10.50/hour, dependent on experience and responsibility levels.
