Front of House Supervisor – Bodleian Libraries
The Bodleian Libraries is looking for a Front of House Supervisor who is passionate about customer service. As a Supervisor you will work with a high achieving team from varied backgrounds, delivering a world class service for every visitor.
Putting customer service first, you will lead the Front of House team by example and be enthusiastic and strive to give visitors a memorable experience. You will be proactive, a confident people-person, and an excellent problem solver.
You will have experience of keeping calm under pressure in a customer focused environment. You will also have clear communication skills with an ability to relate to visitors of all ages and nationalities, key stakeholders and the Front of House team.
You will alternate between supervising and covering service point positions on a daily staffing rota. It is therefore important that you are an effective and supportive team player at all times.
This is a permanent, full time position working 36.5 hours per week to a rota with two other Supervisors. This will involve regular weekend working.
