Front Office Manager – Graduate Hotels Oxford
We are looking for a Front Office Manager to join the team at The Randolph by Graduate Hotels.
The hotel is set to re-open in July 2021 following a multi-million-pound refurbishment, returning the hotel back to its glory as a Victorian Hotel Icon.

As Front Office Manager your main duties and responsibilities will include;
·Managing a team of 15 across reception, nights and concierge.
·Managing the guest journey from the moment of booking to departure.
·Meeting and greeting clients and guests.
·Ensuring your team exceed guest expectations.
·Dealing with customer complaints and comments.
·Addressing problems and troubleshooting.
·Managing budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditure.
·Maintaining statistical and financial records.
·Setting and achieving sales and profit targets.
·Recruiting, training, engaging and motivating staff.
·Planning work schedules for your team.
·Carrying out inspections of property and services.
·Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
