Marketing and Enquiries Assistant, Conference Oxford – Graduate Intern Position (12 months)

Conference Oxford, the official venue-finding service for the collegiate University of Oxford, based at Pembroke College, is looking for a dynamic, friendly intern to assist with our enquiry and marketing activities for a fixed-term of 12 months.
We are the central enquiry point for anyone looking to hold an event at the University of Oxford; be it a conference, a meeting, a product launch, a party, a dinner or a wedding reception. We handle over 3000 enquiries a year, so this would be a valuable learning opportunity for anyone seeking experience in event enquiries, marketing and communication.
Over the 12 months you will work closely with the Enquiries and Marketing Administrator to assist with every aspect of the service Conference Oxford offers its clients. You will also help to organise, promote and deliver a series of marketing activities such as: exhibitions and familiarisation trips.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with the prestigious University of Oxford, offering genuine experience in our centrally-located Oxford office.
The ideal candidate would be a conscientious, friendly, people-person who will fit in well with our small busy team.
Salary £19,500 p.a., generous holiday allowance, membership of the University pension scheme, and lunch provided.
