What you need to succeed
- Previous experience working within a practice
- 12+ months experience working in the accountancy profession
- ACCA/ACA qualified or actively working towards your qualification
- Experience with accounts, audits, and tax; or willingness to learn
- Ability to use your initiative
- Care passionately about your job and the level of service your provide
- Ability to build lasting relationship with multiple clients
- Be proactive in developing your own technical knowledge
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Enjoy a broad range of tasks in a busy dynamic team
