Part time Assistant Customer Experience Manager – Oxford New Theatre
The New Theatre, Oxford team are busy preparing to reopen the venue later this summer, and have a great opportunity for someone with previous bar or hospitality experience to join the team and help us welcome audiences back to the theatre in 2021.
This role is an essential part of the Customer Experience team. You’ll spend some time focussed on stock control, maintaining adequate levels of stock and equipment to ensure sales and service within the Front of House department can run smoothly, and also act as a duty manager, working directly with our customers and leading a team.
- Receive and organise incoming deliveries, ensuring they are checked and recorded accurately and discrepancies are reported and dealt with where appropriate.
- Work with the Customer Experience Manager and Deputy Customer Experience Manager to plan future stock orders, including ordering and receiving stock on a weekly basis.
- Act as duty manager during certain shifts, ensuring that every performance and event is run safely and successfully and leading the team to deliver an exemplary level of customer care.
Working hours will include a range of daytimes, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays depending on our performance schedule.
