Part-time EDI Project Officer – GLAM
The Gardens, Libraries and Museums (GLAM) at the University of Oxford seek to appoint an EDI Project Officer who will be based within the Assessment and Evaluation unit of the GLAM Divisional Office.
The role involves gathering internal data about protected characteristics for various stakeholder groups across GLAM, making comparisons with national datasets, undertaking engagement activities with community groups, staff and Visitor Boards, and assisting in defining longer term EDI objectives for GLAM.
Applicants must have the ability and confidence to work with large datasets, effectively gather data from a variety of sources, and present findings in a concise format. Attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to prioritise workload, and your excellent communication skills combined with your positive, solutions-based approach will enable successful delivery of the project.
This is a part-time, six months fixed term appointment. The post can be considered as a secondment opportunity.
