We are looking for a Commis Chef to join the two Michelin star pastry team at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, A Belmond Hotel. The role involves working in a team with high standards within all sections of the pastry kitchen. This is an opportunity to learn and develop your knowledge in pâtisserie, chocolaterie and bakery as well as working alongside a world-class team.

The ideal candidate will:

– Have previous experience in a similar position within a similar luxury restaurant
– Have a demonstrated knowledge of pâtisserie, chocolaterie and bakery
– Be able to communicate with colleagues and managers
– Demonstrate a passion for attention to detail and excellence
– Be someone who wants to learn and develop
