Waiter – All Levels – Starting salary £30,000 per annum incl. tips
Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons are looking for a dedicated and people-orientated Waiter to join their award winning 2 Michelin star Restaurant team. Relevant experience is welcomed. Training is provided but you must already possess passion and enthusiasm for food, service and strive to exceed all expectations. Sous Chef (Various levels) – Starting salary £44,000 incl. tips
This role will work alongside their Senior team to strengthen and develop the brigade as a whole. The role is responsible for training, motivating and driving the team as well as ensuring each section of the kitchen is running to an impeccable standard.
You will assist the Executive Head Chef in running the pass and working alongside all sections within the kitchen, ensuring consistency and quality with every plate. This role also offers the opportunity to bring creative ideas in dish development and so they require the ability to innovate using the very best seasonal produce.
They require previous experience in a Michelin starred environment and to remain calm and composed under pressure. They also require strong people skills to nurture their talented brigade and bring the best out of each and every one of the team, in a nurturing style.
The candidate will also have knowledge of seasonal garden produce and the ability to flex dishes to what their garden team produces in their extensive organic vegetable gardens. The candidate may have already worked with them at a junior level and gone on to gain valuable experience in other fine dining environments.

Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons are looking for a teamwork-oriented person to join their hard working team of Kitchen Porters to work alongside their award winning Kitchen brigade. The guests and residents deserve the very best and every person helps to achieve this. We are looking for someone who can remain calm under pressure, has great attention to detail and cares about all aspects of the kitchen. Shifts can vary and they can be flexible depending on what you require but a full time contract is available for the right candidate. Shift patterns do include weekends.

Previous high level kitchen experience is essential for this role as you are responsible for supervising a section and the team within that section ensuring that standards are maintained every step of the way. The role also supports the senior chefs as well as supporting job trials and completing stock takes. You will be working in many sections including butchery; private dining and you will have an opportunity to bring creative ideas to dish development.
