This is a permanent position where you will work 25 hours per week and will be based at the Headington Campus.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for an administration role with an in additional interest in the operation and running of events.

The post holder will carry out a range of administrative tasks to promote and book the venues business at Oxford Brookes University. You will be responsible for dealing with and processing customer enquiries for hospitality and online accommodation bookings as well as supporting the Venues team with financial administration and also operationally if the need requires.

Qualifications required for post: A levels or significant relevant experience.

Experience required for post: Experience of administration in a busy operational and customer service environment and responding to customers’ enquiries both by telephone and online.
