A Taste of Summer with John Campbell

22nd & 23rd June, 7pm – 10pm

In collaboration with Searcys, Blenheim Palace invites you to the Orangery Restaurant to sample the brand new summer menu, carefully created in partnership with the Palace’s head chef, Billy Bush, and Michelin star chef John Campbell. In addition to a delicious three-course menu, there will be wine pairing for each dish, curated by in-house expert John Ferguson-Smith, and Champagne & canapés on arrival.

Crispy duck cake with its own parfait, smoked apple-raisin chutney, watercress

Chump of lamb, wet garlic polenta, minted broad beans, tomato and pea salsa

Chocolate cremeux, scorched pineapple, coconut and coriander
