All the prices, details and availability are supplied directly by the advertising business and presented at this website in good faith, but without any liability whatsoever.
Delivery from Experience Oxfordshire – We will endeavour to dispatch goods within 3 working days, subject to availability. If there are any unexpected delays we will contact you by email or telephone. All items are sent by Royal Mail Second Class. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery from date of order for postal addresses within the UK and 21 days for delivery overseas.
Many tickets for tours and events do not require posting and will be sent to you by email.
Postage & Packing – Postage and Packing is calculated by the total weight and size of the items you are ordering, and the delivery destination. You will be quoted a postal rate before you check out and pay for your order.
Returns Policy – You may return your order within 14 working days of receipt. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition, at your own cost. A full refund of your original order including P&P will be made within 30 days. Please notify us by email that you are cancelling your order, quoting the order reference number.
If you believe your purchase to be faulty or not as expected please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org before returning it.
Exemptions – We cannot accept return of tickets, CDs that have been opened, or perishable goods such as food.
