Bring your yoga mat and blanket and get yourself all cosy to receive the healing goodness of the amazing Gongs and beautiful crystalline healing bowls, as well as other instruments such as a shamanic drum, Nepalese singing bowls, and rain chimes PLUS receive the healing power of Reiki as you rest deeply.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
The sound vibrations of gongs & singing bowls can help the mind to slow down and lower the frequency of the brainwaves from an alpha to a theta-dominant brainwave state. This can be beneficial for those who find it difficult to ‘unwind’ and ‘switch off’. Sound has been found to shift frequencies in the body from lower energy to higher vibrational frequencies of love and joy. The vibrations from sound can help to shift energetic blocks, and can leave the body feeling more balanced, energised and harmonised. Sound has been used for time immemorial as a healing tool and it is the medicine of the future.
