Join the Museum of Oxford as they take you on a tour around Oxford’s magnificent Town Hall. You will see rooms that are not normally open to the public, including the Court Room and the Council Chamber. All other rooms in the Town Hall are subject to availability.

Tickets cost £5. Book online (booking fee applies) or at the Museum shop. Booking in advance is recommended.

When you arrive for the tour, please make yourself known to the team in the Museum shop. It is recommended to arrive at 10.55am to ensure a prompt start to the tour.

Tours take place twice a month on a Saturday morning. Please note that the tour is aimed at an adult audience.

From August 2025, scaffolding will be in place outside Oxford Town Hall. Both entrances to the Town Hall (main steps and level access entrance) will remain fully open and accessible while these essential maintenance works are carried out.
