Two artists, two mediums, two techniques
Through the mediums of textiles and ceramics, you’ll see how nature inspires our lives and leaves its mark on our artistic practices. Memories and changing landscapes impact upon present narratives. Nature itself marks our creative endeavours with dye and print.
Helen MacRitchie and Debbie Page will be showing their complementary textiles and ceramics at the Old Fire Station Gallery. Both artists use the techniques of botanical printing and natural dyeing to decorate their work.
