Exploring the themes of grief and mortality, Michael recounts powerful and personal stories.

Beginning with The Death of Eddie, Michael recounts the death of his son from meningitis at the age of 18 and the immense emotions from this unexpected loss.

In the second part, In Many Kinds of Love, Michael recounts how he spent 48 hours in intensive care after contracting COVID-19, facing his own mortality, being put into an induced coma and having a 50% chance of dying.
