Step back into 1928, the golden age of cinema, when the first talking pictures are captivating audiences around the world.
Join us at Head of the River for an immersive Murder Mystery Night, where you’ll become part of a glamorous celebration for the launch of film producer Rod Ducer’s latest blockbuster, Little House of Horrors.
The guest list is packed with colourful characters. There’s Rod’s outspoken wife, Tricia Trove, whose dramatic antics are never far away. Herbie Ravioli, the wealthy financier behind Rod’s next movie, arrives with rumours of questionable family connections. Uninvited guest Dick Shinnery, a disgruntled writer from the original production, has unfinished business with Rod. And then there’s Vicky Vicious, the rising starlet whose career Rod claims he created—and could destroy just as easily.
As the evening unfolds, tensions rise, secrets emerge, and the champagne continues to flow. But the celebrations come to a sudden halt when the police arrive with shocking news…
A murder has been committed.
Now it’s up to you to gather clues, question suspects, uncover motives, and help solve the crime before the killer escapes.
