The Science Oxford Centre is buzzing about World Bee Day this May! Bees are good for the garden and the planet – join Oxfordshire Beekeepers Association for a ‘hive’ of activities and meet their bees in the Forest School area. Get creative in the workshop space, and roll your own Bee-autiful beeswax candle to take home. Play fun bee games to learn about nature’s ecosystem, and investigate plants and pollinators out in the meadow. Spot your honey, solitary, bumble or carpenter with an ID guide, and build your own bee-hotel at home with our Bee-rilliant take-away activity sheets!
