Em’bark’ on a woodland adventure to celebrate Earth Day at spring Nature Club at the Science Oxford Centre! Trees purify our air and combat climate change – get up close to the largest and most important living things in the woodland. Make your own tree badge, and identify your Ash from your Oak with a leaf ID guide and twig spotter. Play woodland games, enjoy the spring buds and blossoms, and have a tree-mendous time!

Nature Club is usually held in the workshop space, with some outdoor activities in most sessions, weather permitting. Explore the natural world in different ways each month, where you will be making the most of the beautiful surroundings at the Science Oxford Centre. With ponds, woodlands and meadows on our doorstep, children can explore and investigate the plants and animals that live alongside us, discover the simple beauty of natural objects and learn how everything in an ecosystem is interconnected.
