We have all been shaped by our education in ways that we might not recognise. Beyond the subjects we are overtly taught there is a hidden curriculum of compliance and meritocratic thinking which affects the way we move through the world. It can restrict our ability to think and act creatively, suppress our natural ability to return to well-being by moving our bodies and processing our feelings.
Each of us is a complex ecosystem, evolved to adapt to the environment we find ourself in. Designing environments for our children which promote optimal health and creative thought is a critical part of moving towards a desirable future on both an individual and collective level.
This workshop is a chance for us to vision together and find ways to co-create the future we would love for our children. Children’s voices are welcome and appreciated.
There will also be some lovely opportunities for you to connect and play creatively with your children. The weekend will be nourishing, fun and relaxed.
