Explore the collection in the Museum of Oxford you will see how the people of past have been shaped by Nature. Oxford itself started as a town as it was a good natural place for the Oxen to ford the river Thames. People have been inspired by nature in the creation of jewellery, scientific discoveries and fashion design, discover more by investigating the galleries.
The session runs from 11.00-13.00. Drop in between these times, but make sure you leave enough time to complete the activities.
This workshop is suitable for ages 5-11. Children must be supervised at all times.
Tickets cost £1.50 per child and can be purchased online via the website or at the Museum Shop. Each child ticket includes free entry for one accompanying adult. This event ticket includes access to the Galleries for one child and one adult.
