Appleton Players are delighted to announce their next play is “Under Milk Wood” by Dylan Thomas – they are presenting this as a café performance.

Under Milk Wood tells the story of a Welsh village during one spring day. It is populated by some of the best-loved characters in British literature. Lyrical, funny, moving, it is rooted in place but with a universality that has spoken to generations of readers. A Welsh epic, a work of poetic genius, a modern classic.

The play will be performed from 15th–17th May 2025 at Appleton Village Hall. Under Milk Wood will be presented as a radio play cafe performance – supper is included in the ticket price.
