KIBOU Japanese Kitchen & Bar launches vibrant Spring/Summer menu

Award-winning Japanese restaurant and bar, KIBOU, launches its fresh and colourful new Spring/Summer menu. A celebration of premium Japanese cuisine, the menu features vibrant sharing plates, premium sashimi and the freshest of sushi creations.
Championing quality, provenance and variety, the new menu draws culinary inspiration from across Japan while remaining accessible, vibrant and fun. Thoughtfully blending tradition with innovation, it presents a carefully curated selection of dishes designed to elevate the guest experience, ignite a sense of discovery, and share the team’s passion for Japanese cuisine.
Alongside KIBOU favourites such as chicken karaage, pork gyoza and katsu curry, the menu includes new premium ‘Tokusen’ sharers such as;
Beef Sirloin with Truffle Teriyaki – premium rare beef slices glazed with rich truffle teriyaki sauce.
Yuzu Miso Marinated Salmon – a delicately grilled salmon fillet infused with fragrant Japanese citrus and umami miso.
Black Pork Katsu – made using Kurobuta pork, known for its depth of flavour and unbeatable tenderness.
There’s also an extended selection of new Japanese street-food-inspired dishes, such as:
Chicken Zangi (Spicy Karaage), KIBOU’s fiery take on Hokkaido-style fried chicken, and an innovative Sesame Prawn Toast Bao, which takes much-loved prawn toast to another level!
Sushi lovers are in for a treat with new additions that showcase both creativity and craftsmanship. From the vibrant Uramaki Snow Crab Roll to the introduction of premium Bluefin Tuna Chutoro, famed for its rich, buttery texture and flavour. Plus, a reimagined Kaiseki-inspired Open Temaki section adds a fun element to hand-rolled sushi, with standout fillings such as Salmon & Avocado, Scallop, and Mixed Vegetables with Tofu.
KIBOU’s ramen have also been revamped, with the introduction of new Maze Udon – a bold, brothless style of ramen, where thick udon noodles are tossed in sauce and a variety of toppings. KIBOU’s classic ramen have also been refreshed to celebrate regional variations found across Japan.
The new menu marks a considered evolution of KIBOU’s culinary offering, with a strong emphasis on sharing, sushi artistry, and premium quality ingredients.
