A Taste of Wonderland: Six by Nico Introduces Mad Hatters Tea Party Menu for Summer

This summer, Six by Nico is taking diners on a whimsical culinary adventure inspired by Lewis Carroll’s most beloved tale. The acclaimed restaurant group has unveiled its brand-new Mad Hatters themed tasting menu across all UK and Ireland locations promising guests a curious and curiouser six-course experience like no other. Oxford, the birthplace of Alice herself, feels like the perfect setting for such an imaginative, boundary-pushing menu, a city steeped in storybook magic, now brought to life on the plate. The menu is available for 6 weeks, until August 24th.
From the moment you step through the doors, you’ll be transported to a world of fantastical flavour, unexpected twists, and playful presentations. Inspired by the eccentric charm of the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, the new menu fuses childhood nostalgia with innovative gastronomy, designed to dazzle both the palate and the imagination.
This time, Six by Nico have created a surreal culinary journey, with dishes inspired by iconic scenes from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland — from edible timepieces and whimsical “Drink Me” elixirs to playful nods to flamingo croquet.
