Blenheim Palace confirms winter opening hours and experiences in Adventure Play
Adventure Play at Blenheim Palace will transition to autumn and winter opening hours from Friday 24th October. During this period, the impressive and immersive outdoor play area will be open to visitors from 10.15am to 3.15pm. After the October Half Term from 3rd November the Adventure Play will be open 10.15am to 3.15pm Friday to Sunday.
The Walled Garden Pizzeria will also adjust its hours, opening from 10.00 to 17.00 daily until 5th October. From 6th October the winter opening hours will be 10.00 to 15.00 from Monday to Friday and 10.00 to 17.00 on weekends, to offer its popular pizzas to visitors in need of a pit-stop.
During the school holidays (Saturday 25th October – Sunday 2nd November), Adventure Play and the Walled Garden Pizzeria will be open throughout the week.
Adventure Play invites children to join Pip and Posy on a Rainbow Treasure Hunt, inspired by an episode from Pip and Posy, Magic Light Pictures’ hugely popular pre-school series, which airs on Sky Kids and Channel 5’s Milkshake!

Our autumn and winter opening hours are designed to make sure that everyone can enjoy the beauty and heritage of the Palace, Park, Gardens including Adventure Play, whether visiting on weekends or during the school holidays.”
For access to Adventure Play, families will need a valid Palace and Play Pass, which grants access to both Blenheim Palace and Adventure Play (available at £165 for a family of four – two adults and two children) or a Palace, Park & Gardens Pass (available at £110 for a family of four – two adults and two children) as well as a day ticket for Adventure Play (adults are £5 each, children ages 3-16 are £7 and under 3s free).
