About Blenheim Palace
Home to the Dukes of Marlborough since 1705, the Oxfordshire Estate was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987.

Set in over 2,000 acres of ‘Capability’ Brown landscaped parkland and designed by Vanbrugh in the Baroque style, Blenheim Palace is also the birthplace of one of Britain’s most famous leaders, Sir Winston Churchill and it was his father who described the vista, on entering the Estate from the village of Woodstock, as the ‘finest view in England’.

About Adventure Play
Adventure Play at Blenheim Palace is a £3.6 million outdoor adventure experience located within the historic Walled Garden. It is the biggest family-themed attraction in the history of Blenheim Palace.

The area includes a series of immersive interconnecting zones with secret chambers, clamber nets, tunnels, slides, rope bridges – and giant carrots! Covering a site larger than a football pitch, it celebrates the rich heritage of the 18th century baroque Palace, inspired by real-life features including the lakeside Boat House and Hensington Gate.

The inclusive experience has been carefully designed and created to ensure children of all abilities are able to explore and enjoy the extensive play areas.

To bring the project to life, Blenheim partnered with renowned children’s play design company CAP.co and award-winning Oxfordshire family construction firm, Kingerlee.
