Cosy Club Oxford Launches Its First-Ever Sunday Roast – Arriving 18 January 2026

Cosy Club Oxford is dialling up the comfort this winter with the launch of its first-ever Sunday Roast service, debuting on Sunday 18 January 2026.  After years of guest requests, the much‑loved restaurant and bar on Cornmarket Street is finally bringing its take on the great British classic to Oxford’s dining scene.
The new Cosy Club Sunday Roast celebrates everything people love about a long, lazy Sunday – indulgence, connection, and plates piled high with flavour.  Guests can choose from a line-up of premium cuts celebrating British farming and heritage at its best, including slow-roasted York House Pork Belly, grass-fed Sirloin Beef, and butter-roasted Cumbrian Chicken.  Vegetarian diners are equally well catered for with a braised Chestnut Mushroom Galette and a roasted Cauliflower Steak, as are children with their very own menu.
Every roast is served with an abundant spread of comforting trimmings – crisp duck fat roast potatoes, silky parsnip and thyme purée, honey-glazed carrots, peas tossed in nutty beurre noisette, and cream-braised savoy cabbage.  The experience is crowned with bottomless golden Yorkshire puddings and free-flowing, unlimited gravy.
Lucy Knowles, Managing Director, Cosy Club says: “Guests have been asking for this for a long time, and we’re thrilled to finally bring our Sunday Roast to Oxford.  It’s everything people love about a traditional roast, elevated with the warmth, charm, and indulgence that Cosy Club is known for.”
Cosy Club Oxford invites guests to don their Sunday Best and settle in for a feast that promises to become a new weekly ritual.
Sunday Roasts will be served every week from 12pm–5pm, starting Sunday 18 January 2026.  Bookings are now being taken:  https://cosyclub.co.uk/sunday-roast
