Oxford Opera return to MOX with their previously sold out workshop, How Grim were the Grimms?

Take a fantastical journey through the timeless, magical and often very grim tales of the Brothers’ Grimm! Explore the characters they created, who have also appeared in operas, through a series of creative challenges, musical sessions and drama games to finally decide who was the grimmest of the Grimm characters? You will be led through the day by Oxford Opera’s inspirational team of theatre creators and music professionals, to end the day presenting a unique piece of theatre, which you have created, in an informal sharing to your family. The day will be a great opportunity to make new friends, explore a new art form or learn more about one you already love and create a theatrical piece in a day! Come along to have fun, express yourself and most importantly decide How grim were the Grimms?

Parents – please join at 16.15 for a sharing of what has been created before pick-up at 16.30.

This event is suitable for children aged between 8 and 12.
