Shibori is a Japanese resist dyeing technique that uses hand sewing and indigo dye. Participants will create simple shapes on fabric using indigo dyes to resist the dye. This shibori workshop is designed to allow free-form creation rather than following traditional techniques. This workshop is ideal for beginners. Participants will receive an A4-sized shibori piece and take their sashiko needles home.

Each participant will need more than 20 sashiko needles. Participants can take their needles with them as the price of £13 is included in the workshop fee.
