INTX Builds on Experience Oxfordshire Membership with Green Tourism Gold Accreditation

INTX, a transport coordination company with over 25 years of expertise across the UK and Ireland, is proud to announce that it has achieved the Green Tourism Gold Award, the highest recognition from the world’s leading sustainable tourism accreditation body.

INTX became a member of Experience Oxfordshire in 2024, reflecting its commitment to supporting the county’s visitor economy with sustainable, reliable, and guest-focused transport solutions. Achieving Green Tourism Gold in 2025 further strengthens this commitment, providing assurance to partners and clients that environmental responsibility is embedded across the company’s operations.

The independent Green Tourism assessment praised INTX for significant progress across all sustainability criteria, with standout achievements in:

  • Carbon management – a 22-point improvement since the last review in June 2024, underpinned by the company’s first published Carbon Footprint Summary (2024–2025).
  • Community and wellbeing – recognition for ongoing partnerships and people-focused initiatives.
  • Awareness and destination impact – reflecting INTX’s role in raising sustainability standards within the tourism and events sector.
