Why not try something new this year and treat yourself and a friend or family member to a cookery class at the Raymond Blanc Cookery School? There is a range of different cookery classes for those of all abilities to choose from each month, from classes focusing on how to prepare the perfect afternoon tea, to specifically vegan menus, as well as the ‘Blanc Vite’ classes, which focus on learning how to cook simple, healthy and seasonal dishes. Many of the courses are centred upon recipes important to Raymond Blanc himself, showcasing dishes that inspired his journey to becoming the Michelin-starred chef he is today.

Since 2001, Terry Walton has been growing the UK’s gardening know-how with broadcasts from his own allotments in the Rhondda Valley. No matter whether you’re a novice with green-fingered ambitions, or a keen gardener eager to pick up some expert tips, join Terry Walton for a day of down-to-earth discovery in Le Manoir’s enchanting country gardens this March.

Priced at £199 per person. This includes a Champagne Laurent-Perrier reception, a talk by Terry Walton and guided tour of the gardens, plus a three-course lunch with accompanying wines, coffee and petits fours.

The grand estate of Wormsley Park enjoys stunning walled gardens and an unrivalled private book collection. A visit to the historic home of the Getty family will be combined with an unforgettable gastronomic experience at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons to promise a fabulous day of both literature and food.

Tuesday 14 July 2020 – Raymond Blanc’s Bastille Day Summer Garden Party

July marks the return of the highlight of Le Manoir’s summer calendar – the party like no other that is Raymond Blanc’s Bastille Day Summer Garden Party! Join them to celebrate the anniversary of the storming of the Bastille in 1789 by savouring delicious Michelin-star cuisine, refreshing summer beverages and enjoying live entertainment, including a rousing rendition of La Marseillaise led by Raymond himself.
