We’re a built environment consultancy who’s been around for 80 years.
We deliver everything but the build: strategy and design through to project delivery.
There’s no sector we don’t cover and we take on any size of project. From social housing to Formula 1, single buildings to masterplans and complex infrastructure.
Our experts sit side by side in the same offices. So upstream understands downstream. Planners, designers, engineers, project managers and advisers are all in one place. This means we spot opportunities, make better decisions and experience fewer problems later.
We call it Practical Brilliance: smart thinking that actually works in the real world.
Eight out of ten clients come back for more – which says it better than anything else.
