Blenheim Palace announces a Summer for visitors to discover more

This summer, the must-visit UNESCO World Heritage Site in Oxfordshire has an exciting programme of events and activities. Visitors to Britain’s Greatest Palace between 25th June and 1st September 2026 can take advantage of the Great British Summer Savings with reduced admission prices across all ticket types.

Blenheim Palace’s line-up features world-class art, entertainment, music, food, history, and the great outdoors. There’s always more to discover at Britain’s Greatest Palace, with no two days out the same.

Standout exhibitions:

Life Through a Royal Lens: 12th July – 27th September

This exhibition will see over 100 of the most iconic royal photographs ever taken go on show alongside intimate images which share a glimpse of the Royal Family off duty.

Dinosaurs are Forever: 11th August – 1st November
Blenheim Palace has teamed up with Future Fossils to present Dinosaurs Are Forever, a first-of-its-kind exhibition showcasing five full-scale dinosaur sculptures created by artist Jay Jay Burridge.

Park & Gardens seasonal highlights:

Visitors can enjoy the gardens this summer by following the floral highway amongst drifts of native wildflowers from the Rockery to the Chute borders, along Churchill’s Walk, amongst the Cherry Avenue, Rosarium, along the Crab Apple avenue to The Temple of Flora and out into the Arboretum. Throughout August, visitors can also meet a Victorian Explorer in the Formal Gardens.

Until September, there will be a monthly series of exclusive Formal Gardens Watercolour Workshops led by acclaimed Woodstock artist Rod Craig, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Gardens.

Visitors can explore the historic Gardens and Parkland – from the majestic Water Terraces and hidden winding pathways of the Secret Garden to the sweeping lakeside views designed by Capability Brown, there’s something new to see during every visit.

Britain’s Greatest Palace:

Blenheim Palace is home to one of the most extensive collections in Europe, including portraits, furniture, and sculptures. Amongst the treasures are the famous Marlborough Tapestries, the ‘Victories Series’. There’s also the magnificent Long Library, lined with more than 10,000 books, many of them hundreds of years old.

Within Blenheim Palace, experience the incredible opulence of dukes and duchesses within the Family Treasures collection and by joining the daily Duke’s Tour, before discovering the extraordinary life of Sir Winston Churchill. Visitors can step back in time to uncover the fascinating stories of those who kept the Palace running smoothly in the Life Below Stairs experience – with butler and maid actors making it even more memorable from 12th July.

Armchair Talks (Next Talk: Tuesday 23rd June at 18.00)

Usually on the last Tuesday of the month, at 6pm, The Stables Café hosts an array of interesting talks by guest speakers from across Blenheim Palace and the surrounding Estate, providing a great insight into the work that makes this UNESCO World Heritage Site special.

Browse the incredible flower displays in the Floral Pavilion and Floral Street as well as the chance to meet expert growers and floral artists.

Blenheim Palace Festival: June-July*

An epic new six-day music festival with Katy Perry, Teddy Swims, Pete Tong, Alanis Morissette, and Michael Bublé announced as headliners. The eclectic line-up features global superstars, award-winning artists, and emerging talent.
