A number of interesting case studies were discussed which also allowed attendees the chance to discuss current issues in their businesses. Prisca also talked us through conducting investigations and the resultant HR issues arising from the consequences of Social Media misuse; right the way through to including company social media rules in employee contracts.

Reflecting on the event, Prisca said, “It was great to be able to work with Experience Oxfordshire on another business seminar. These are a great opportunity for member businesses to learn about important legislation and for us to support them in their challenges.
