Tokyo Nights Returns to KIBOU Oxford

Returning for a second summer: four Friday evenings at KIBOU Oxford, May to August 2026.

After selling out every session in its first summer, Tokyo Nights is back at KIBOU Oxford. Running on the last Friday of each month from May to August, the series returns with DJ sets in the garden, Japanese-inspired cocktails, and the full KIBOU menu available all evening inside and out. The garden filled up early and stayed full throughout 2025. Guests came back month after month, and by the end of the summer, the series had built a loyal following of regulars.

The format returns unchanged for 2026. From 7pm, the KIBOU Oxford garden comes alive with a resident DJ spinning everything from chilled, soulful sets to feel-good favourites that carry the evening through to close. Outside, guests can reserve garden tables for dinner and drinks under the stars, while inside the restaurant stays open as normal for those who want to feel the buzz from a little further back. The full KIBOU kitchen menu is available all evening: sushi platters, steaming bowls of ramen, rich katsu curry, karaage and Japanese sharing plates. From 9pm, a cocktail Happy Hour.

Free entry. Booking recommended, particularly for garden tables, which go quickly.
